3. Fees and Payment Terms
3.1 Fees
Our fees are based on the scope and complexity of the services provided. A written engagement letter or agreement will specify the applicable fees.

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum amount allowed by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received on time.

Out-of-pocket expenses (e.g., filing fees, courier costs) incurred on your behalf may be billed separately.
